Alan Hamlin and Richard Eissinger's Presentation

On Thursday March 22nd, Alan Hamlin and Richard Eissinger gave an excellent presentation on the subject of Academic Integrity. There was a lot of participation as the group dealt with the way we should deal with this issue. The Turnitin software was demonstrated, and the basic dishonesty plan of the Business Department was examined as an example.

Jill Wilks Presentation

On Thursday the 14th of September, Jill Wilks gave a thought provoking presentation on the myths of learning. Although the myths were taken from a book titled The Power of Mindful Learning, by Ellen Langer, Jill brought in a lot of other information from a variety of sources.

S.S. Moorty's Presentation

S. S. Moorty gave a wonderful presentation on Tuesday the 18th of April. He shared a lot of his own poetry and stories written during his professorship here at SUU. He has a very eclectic background, and a unique ability to express his insights in the English language.
